Evita volunteer opportunities
There are many opportunities for parents and students to help behind the scenes to support the production of Evita. No prior experience is required to join the fun and excitement of putting on a musical. Areas where help is needed are listed below with brief descriptions. If any of these appeal to you, click here to download the volunteer form, fill it out and send it in. COSTUMES You don't have to know how to sew to be part of this circle. We need people with great design sense and people who understand the power of the glue gun. There are jobs to be done at home and stitching to be done as students are walking on the stage for their big scene. FEED THE KIDS The week of February break and tech week (the week before the show) Room A-5 transforms into a diner with many loyal customers. Click here for more Feed the Kids information. SET BUILD We are very lucky that CCHS has a great student tech crew, and on the weekends leading up to the play parents are invited to share their skills and help with the set builds. Again, all levels of experience are welcome. HAIR AND MAKEUP Is there enough mirror space and hairspray in Concord for a cast of 70 students? Come and find out. We are looking for help the hours before curtain goes up applying makeup and curling hair. No experience necessary. PROPS AND STAGE DECORATION This epic show depicts Eva's rise to fame and her globe trotting ways. Help us with the great scavenger hunt to find the props and stage necessities to make our stage Evita worthy. ( categories: )
