Lino Delgado and two members of the celebrated and nationally renowned group, the FLOORLORDS, will be performing a breakdance and hip hop workshop in the cafeteria on Friday, March 28th, from 2:30 til 4 p.m. The Floorlords started in the late 1970's as a group of young men who played a significant role in the "new movement" being the Culture of Hip Hop for more than two consecutive decades. Some notable screen appearances include films "Krush Groove" and "Southie" as well as television programs "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" and "The Donahue Show". They have shared the stage with such notable acts as Madonna, Busta Rhymes, Beastie Boys, Missy Elliot and JLo. This workshop is sponsored by the Dance Club, and funding has been provided by the Parents Association. No previous hip hop experience is necessary and all are welcome.

Congratulations and thanks to all who helped make possible CCHS' first
time participation in the Massachusetts Drama Guild competition with the
Actor's Nightmare on Saturday, March 1.
Despite snowy conditions and an early morning wakeup, ten students made
their way to Weston High School to perform Actor's Nightmare. The ten
students were made up original cast from the 3x3x3 production of the play
this fall, Torie Burmeister, David Dawson, Nicole Guild, James Weaver, and
Olivia Zubrowski, plus a tech crew of five, Jon Daigle, Sarah Ganek,
Bennett Hartnett, Emily Walek, and David Yanofsky. The competition
The Drama Festival performances run from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
$12 admission covers all day; eight plays. Come when you want to, see as many or as few as you want to. Here is the schedule:

We need your assistance for set decorations for our 1930s Deadrock, Nevada saloon and feed store. Here is your chance to clean out your barn, garage, or basement of "junk", either permanently or as a loan. The sorts of things we're looking for:
wooden chairs, old style (up to 24) hubcaps (old style, not modern) old metal signs (Lucky Strike, Coca-Cola, etc) things to decorate our bar
